Full-Time The Associate Pastor will serve alongside the Lead Pastor to shepherd the congregation and advance the mission of Immanuel Church. With a primary focus on pastoral care, discipleship, preaching and leader development, this role helps cultivate spiritual growth, strengthen ministry teams, and promote the health and unity of the church. Under the guidance of the Lead Pastor, the Associate Pastor will invest in people, care for the congregation, and support faithful and effective ministry across the life of the church.
Full-Time The Operations Director serves as a key leader alongside the Lead Pastor in implementing Immanuel’s vision and strengthening the health of the church’s ministries, systems, and leaders. This role provides oversight to ministry operations, builds sustainable structures, develops leaders, and stewards resources with excellence. The Operations Director will model integrity, humility, and relational leadership.
Full-Time The Director of Ministries will lead the church’s ministry operations while supporting the people and systems that make ministry possible. With oversight and guidance from the Lead Pastor, this role builds healthy volunteer teams, strengthens ministry systems, and ensures the effective execution of discipleship environments, events, and Sunday gatherings.
